I remember getting bad colds and being sick often years ago. Now it been years and years since I even felt sick. What i did was add garlic and natural herbs to my daily intake of foods. I cut out all the pop and a lot of the sugar sweets. Just a diet change has really helped me and not hard to do if you really want to. Something to think about, 3 people I was with caught the Coronavirus disease and very sick,  I was not sick at all.

Something else this has helped me with to. I was at a friends place looking at a old car, mosquitoes were really biting him, I think the garlic in my system made me bad for mosquitoes, i never got bit. Its very simple to build up your immune system, All I do every few days i break off a piece of green garlic i have growing and eat the green. Builds my immune system.
