We adore hard-boiled eggs, but how do you prepare them? They’re delicious in deviled eggs, egg salad, or simply plain with a sprinkling of salt.

The most common issue with how to boil eggs is that people easily overcook them, resulting in a dark green hue around the yolk and a somewhat sulfuric flavor. Here’s a way to hard-boiling eggs without overcooking them.

  1. If you require easy-to-peel excellent hard-boiled eggs and have fresh eggs, consider steaming the eggs in an egg cooker for 15 minutes.
  2. Using an egg washer, clean the egg. Fill a saucepan halfway with water and place a steamer basket inside. Bring the water to a boil.

3. Recipe For Eggs Over Easy:

Over easy eggs are fried eggs cooked on both sides for a relatively short time when the egg whites are just about set, and the yolk is still liquid. How to prepare eggs over easy is shown below.

  1. Crack the eggs and pour them into a custard cup.
  2. Heat the pan: Melt one tablespoon of unsalted butter in an 8-inch nonstick skillet over low heat. Spread the butter all over the pan.
